Nylon PA6 is made from caprolactam monomer after polymerization, so it has high crystallinity and strength. On the other hand, nylon MC is based on PA6, and its performance is enhanced by adding modifiers and fillers.

Nylon PA6 has high strength and hardness, as well as a certain degree of toughness and abrasion resistance, making it a good choice for manufacturing casters. 3. Processing:
Due to the higher crystallinity of nylon PA6, it requires higher temperatures and pressures during processing. In contrast, Nylon MC is easier to mold and process due to its modification with relatively low processing temperature and pressure.
4. Field of application:
Nylon PA6 is widely used in the manufacture of a variety of casters, such as furniture casters, cart casters and industrial equipment casters. Nylon MC is more suitable for some casters with higher performance requirements, such as heavy-duty logistics equipment or casters used in harsh environments, because it has better abrasion and corrosion resistance.
5. Cost factor:
Generally speaking, the cost of Nylon MC is slightly higher than that of Nylon PA6, because Nylon MC needs to add extra modifiers and fillers during the modification process, which makes the production cost increase.
